No matter how luxurious the facilities or how talented the personnel, it is meaningless if it does not lead to golfers’ satisfaction.

Conversely, even if the idea is extraordinary for a golf course, if it makes golfers happy, then it is something we should be willing to do. We will evolve into a more attractive club based on simple criteria.

THE CLUB golf village is a comprehensive golf club that aims only to satisfy golfers and their companions.

We hope that golfers will enjoy the beauty of nature, the strategic course, the food and beverages made from local ingredients, and relax at the hotel and spa.

  • Golf Tee Time Cancellation Policy

    Golf Tee Time Cancellation Policy

    On the day of the Play Date Full Amount of the Play Fee
    On the day before 2000 JPY per person
    • Cancellation fee will be charged to the person who made the reservation.
    • Cancellation fee will be charged even if you cancel after your arrival to the club.
    • No cancellation fee will be charged until 2 days prior to the play date.
    • Even if you make a reservation for the next round at the time of cancellation, the cancellation fee will still be charged for the cancelled tea time.
    • The full caddie fee will be charged with the cancellation on the day before or on the day of caddie reservation.

    No cancellation fee will be charged in the following cases

    • When we deem it impossible to play due to inclement weather or In the event of other special events, the cancellation fee will be determined upon consultation with the Manager on a case-by-case basis.
    • There may be a separate cancellation policy for each plan or day.

    • Cancellation fee will be charged to the person who made the reservation.
    • Cancellation fee will be charged even if you cancel after your arrival to the club.
    • No cancellation fee will be charged until 7 days prior to the play date.
    • Even if you make a reservation for the next time at the time of cancellation, the cancellation fee will still be charged for the cancelled reservation.
    • There may be a separate cancellation policy for each plan or day.

Etiquette Manner

  • Please follow the manners below to help us keep THE CLUB golf village happy for everyone.

    1. Please try to play within 2 hours and 10 minutes for a half round. (When it’s passed, play may be suspended or terminated at the discretion of the Master Room.)
    2. Please use soft spikes or spike-less golf shoes (no metal spikes).
    3. Please be careful not to drag your feet on the greens.
    4. Please fix ball marks on the greens and help to level bunkers.
    5. Please do not put portable bags with stands on the greens.
    6. Smoking is allowed only in carts and in areas with ashtrays (including e-cigarettes).

    As our facility is located in the midst of nature, we do our best to refrain from providing extra disposable amenities in order to protect natural cycles and ecosystems and to operate sustainably.
